I'm Amanda Miller
I’m a Holistic Nutritionist, Whole30 Certified Coach, unshakable optimist, and entrepreneur with big dreams. I’m totally obsessed with: country music, The Bachelor, a clean house, and visits back home to my family on the East Coast.
If I’m not behind my computer creating something for my online community, you can usually find me frolicking in the kitchen, hiking the local trails, organizing a drawer, or enjoying a glass of wine.
— Oh, and my fiance Greg is a former Golf Pro, so occasionally you can find me joining for 9 holes, Okanagan sunshine, and beverages 😉
About the Journey
How it All Started
I graduated from Dalhousie University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Management – and naturally – had no clear career path in mind. I had fallen in love with a few nutrition classes I had taken in university so after being out of school for a full year, I felt pulled to learn more about career options in the nutrition field. After a ton of research (I needed to know all my options) I decided to go back to school at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I’ll be honest, I didn’t really understand the entrepreneurial world I was getting myself into at the time. All I knew was I had this excitement to understand how nutrition affects our bodies and I wanted to share with anyone who wanted to listen. By 2018, with nothing more than a passion and a laptop I launched my first online program, The 10 Day Detox, and since then, I’ve created a thriving online community supporting hundreds of women on their journey to health.
But can I tell you what lights me up the most? Hearing my client’s success stories after taking one of my online programs. Hearing how they’ve been struggling for years up until learning a new approach. Hearing them tell me I had changed their life. The private personal messages that bring me to tears. The emails that give me chills. When I began this journey in 2018 I had all the textbook knowledge, and I knew these processes worked for me, but I worried others might not experience the same success. I poured hours of time into the processes and templates only to wonder if my clients would really see the results I hoped for them. Now after creating three wildly successful online programs, coaching hundreds of women all across North America, and being brought to tears more than once by incredible stories of success, I no longer wonder if my processes work. The results speak for themselves and I couldn’t be more proud.

What's your eating philosophy?
I don’t live by any eating “labels”. I’m not keto, low carb, vegetarian or plant-based. I personally find I thrive off a paleo-ish style diet, of meat, seafood, vegetables, fruit, nuts, and seeds. But that doesn’t mean I never make room for french fries sometimes.

- Fun Fact #1: I'd rather spend money on home decor than clothes, jewelry or almost anything else.
- Fun Fact #2: I'm a total morning person and can barely keep my eyes open past 10pm.
- Fun fact #3: I'm a clean fanatic. We don't have kids or pets yet so I'm a little nervous for my sanity when that happens.
