Not at all. The recipes are simple and straightforward and come with detailed instructions. The majority of the recipes will come together in less than thirty minutes and only require basic kitchen supplies.
Yes! I get this question a lot from clients in small towns and no one has ever has an issue. I would say 98% of the ingredients are available at any local grocery store. There may be the odd ingredient you don’t find, but in that case you could order the item online, or just skip that recipe. There are more than enough recipes for you to have plenty of variety.
Yes! You’ll still have access to plenty of recipes with a ton of variety, and in many cases you can simply omit that food. If you have several food restrictions or are looking for more customization, please send me an email here.
