This kick-off presentation will give you a deep understanding of both nutrition and calories. You do not need to track calories to have success, but during this session you get to make an informed decision on the best method for you and your goals. In week 1 you will have the option to either track calories based on your age, height, weight, activity level and gender OR follow a set of weekly nutrition guidelines to balance blood sugar and release stored body fat. Both ways are equally effective, but you now have the option to choose your method!

Yes! In fact, one of the things clients tell me most often is how much their families enjoyed the recipes provided. The meals are filling, nutrient dense and perfect for the whole family. Plus, you’ll have lots of variety so you can choose meals that feel most appealing to your families preferences.
While I do provide you with recipe suggestions and encourage everyone to try new recipes, it’s always up to you what you make. The majority of the recipes from the meal plan are quick and easy and will come together in less than thirty minutes. However, some of the recipes will require more time and might be best left for a weekend. Again, you are always free to make your meals as simple as possible.
Yes! I get this question a lot from clients in small towns. I would say 98% of the ingredients in my recipes are available at any local grocery store. The recipes are primarily made up of meat, vegetables, fruit, nuts, and seeds. There might be the odd ingredient you don’t find, but in that case, you could order the item online, or just skip that recipe. There are more than enough recipes for variety as well.
Yes! You’ll have access to plenty of recipes with a ton of variety. If you don’t eat a certain food, just skip the recipes that have it. You’ll also start to become familiar with new food guidelines which will allow you to make your own meals without following a recipe.

Hi, I'm Amanda Miller.
I grew up in London, Ontario but I’m currently living the Okanagan lifestyle with my husband Greg here in Kelowna, BC, Canada. I graduated from Dalhousie University in 2014 and went back to school at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2016 to earn my designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I’ve also been through the complete Whole30 training and I am one of five Certified Whole30 Coaches in Canada! My absolute favourite part about my job as a nutritionist is watching people transform their lives even when they didn’t think it was possible.
The truth is, we’re probably more alike than you might realize.
