No more stressing about your weight
Weight loss success is 80% mindset. Understand how to move beyond self-sabotage, lack of willpower and fleeting motivation as I walk you through powerful mindset strategies. We’ll explore how to cultivate motivation when things feel tough, my strategies for unlimited willpower and most importantly set the stage for a mindset that supports lasting change.
Understanding the role of blood sugar in weight management is crucial. Blood sugar is your body’s master hormone regulator and the number one key to your long-term success. Blood sugar will dictate how much body fat you store, how much energy you have, your hunger and satiety cues and even how well you sleep. You’ll leave this session with more than a few ah-ha moments!
Day three is all about busting the myths that are holding you back from reaching your goals. You don’t need to eat less and exercise more, swear off your favourite foods or give up your social life on the weekend to see results. What you need is a better understanding of how to make everything fit into your lifestyle!
Finally, on day four, we’ll focus on revving up your metabolism. I’ll walk you through the 6 key pillars of your metabolism so you know exactly which levers to pull when you feel like you’re doing all the things and still not seeing results.

About 1 in 3 adults are metabolically unhealthy due to diet and lifestyle habits. Even if you’re not starting your day with cookies and donuts, chances are you could still improve your metabolic health. Metabolism regulates your sleep, appetite, fat storage, weight, energy levels hormonal health and even your mood! With poor metabolic health you put yourself at greater risk of developing high blood pressure, high cholesterol and elevated blood glucose levels. This eventually leads to heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes.
The good news is that all of this is largely preventable (and reversible) with a better understanding of how the body works—but none of this is talked about enough. That’s why I created this mini-challenge: to help you make small diet and lifestyle changes that not only dramatically improve how you feel each day but can also help ward off chronic disease and help you live a healthier, happier life.
Remember, this is the one and only body you’ll ever have.
Have we met yet?
I grew up in London, Ontario but I’m currently living the Okanagan lifestyle with my husband Greg here in Kelowna, BC, Canada. I have a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University and earned my designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2016.
But more importantly, I want you to know that we’re more alike than you might realize. I too have struggled with my weight, sugar cravings, lack of willpower and constantly feeling overwhelmed with what was “right”. What I ultimately wanted was a way to stop with the yo-yo dieting and to just live my life.
After years of trial and error and learning how not only my body worked, but also the importance of my mindset, I finally figured out how to get my body to work for me, instead of against me.
And now every year, I get to teach hundreds of women my step-by-step framework so that they can release the guilt and shame and finally experience true food freedom!
