This program isn’t anything extreme. We don’t restrict calories or force ourselves to drink gross green concoctions. It’s simple and realistic and will bring you back to feeling in tune with what your body truly needs. For 14 days we simply give your body a break from foods that are known to be problematic to your health; things like sugar, gluten, dairy, and of course alcohol. All of these foods (and non-foods) can affect your health in a big way, and eliminating them for a period of time will leave you feeling better than you think!
