What are you working on this year to become the best version of yourself? ⁠

One of the biggest things I learned after my first round of Whole30, was how much other areas of my life changed when I prioritized my eating habits. I slept like a rock, my energy levels were consistent all day long, my cravings were quiet, my workouts were easier and I felt like a better version of myself. ⁠
⁠
What started out as a "healthy eating experiment" 7 years ago, has positively impacted so many other areas of my health. What started out as a way to "shed a few extra pounds" eventually taught me what thriving gut health looked like, what balanced hormones were, and how the food I was putting in my body was impacting me in more ways I knew. ⁠
⁠
Do yourself a favour this year, and make your eating habits a little project you put some extra effort into. ⁠
⁠

Nine years! ⁣
⁣
We were supposed to get married this summer. We booked our venue, made our guest list, planned our menu, did our engagement photos... and well that's about as far as we got 😂 (for obvious reasons) 🤷‍♀️⁣
⁣
But heck, at this point why not just wait it out and make it an even 10 before we tie the knot, right? 🤪⁣
⁣
My fingers and toes are crossed that our big plans fall seamlessly into place next summer and we can celebrate just the way we want with all our friends and family by our side. ⁣
