 My Whole30 experience has been amazing! I did attempt it a couple of years back but was not in the mindset I needed to be in, so I was only semi-successful. This time around was different. With Amanda’s daily coaching and delicious recipes, this time I saw it through. I started to feel better right away which was very encouraging. Another bonus, I lost 12lbs – YIPPEE! I can see myself eating differently for years to come!

This year I found Amanda’s Whole30 group and realized that having a coach and a group of people to help keep you accountable is the only way to be successful. I love the Whole30 program and what it stands for – not a weight-loss program, but a program to show me how to eat the right foods for my body. I did not feel deprived because I knew the food I was eating was not going to make me feel bloated, gassy, or uncomfortable. My mind was clear, I was alert, and it felt good.  I participated in Amanda’s September Whole30 program and it was, BY FAR, the best Whole30 I have ever done! Everything from the daily check-ins, to the live Facebook chats (and we can’t forget those amazing recipes), made the 30 days fly by. The Facebook group was a great accountability tool and it was encouraging to hear everyone else’s wins and struggles! I highly recommend taking this program with Amanda – you won’t regret it!
