The 14 Day Detox will reset your health, diminish your cravings and get you back on track with your healthy habits!
Giving your body a break from foods that are making you feel tired, bloated, frumpy and irritable is easier than it sounds. Especially when the meals are delicious and you have an entire group of supportive friends joining you!
why detox?
Does this sound like you?
✓continually trying to shed those extra 10, 20 or 30 pounds
✓ daily cravings for sugar, carbs and wine
✓ have made an effort to try healthier options and still not getting the results you want
✓ constantly feeling tired, sluggish and run-down
✓ tired of dieting, counting calories and eating boring foods
✓ busy working mom who doesn’t have hours to spend meal prepping
✓confused about what’s actually “healthy”
Guess what? I’ve been there too. I get it!
I’m a self-proclaimed former sugar and carb addict and before I understood what foods we’re making my cravings skyrocket out of control I tried everything to shed unwanted pounds and feel my best.

Are you tired of trying diets” that
just leave you hungry and
feeling deprived?
Before we even begin to dive into what the detox entails and I explain exactly how the process works, I need you to take a minute to reflect on your past attempts to change your eating habits. Before you consider joining us for the detox, I need you to forgive yourself for everything you have tried in the past that hasn’t worked for you. Forgive yourself for continuing to struggle with food choices even after you’ve tried countless strategies to lose weight and feel your best. Forgive yourself for using food as a coping mechanism on stressful days. Forgive yourself for having the, “I’ll start over on Monday” mentality. Forgive yourself for throwing in the towel and giving up on your health goals. Forgive yourself for the weight you’ve lost and gained back – again and again.
You see, having guilt about these experiences and beating yourself up over your missteps is doing nothing to propel you forward in the right direction. Holding onto guilt about your body and the choices you’ve made in the past only leaves you feeling uninspired to take another step forward. The truth is, you’ve actually learned a ton about what doesn’t work – and that’s a great thing! You probably now understand that diets don’t work long term. That eating less and moving more just makes you hungry and unmotivated. That you can’t out exercise a poor diet and hat obsessing over food and your next meal is exhausting. And I hope you realize that food is just too damn delicious to make anything completely off limits. After doing my own self-experiments and watching hundreds of my clients find their ah ha moment, I have my own approach for finding a healthy balance with food.

Get yourself back in the right headspace.
Have you ever been frustrated with the lack of results you’re noticing even though you’re already really healthy and do all. the. things? Or maybe you’ve pretty much thrown in the towel with healthy eating because no matter how hard you try nothing ever seems to stick. I’ve been at both ends of this spectrum and feeling like you don’t have complete control over your body is hella frustrating.
I know from my own experience that when I eliminate certain foods for a period of time (especially sugar and alcohol), and become more aware of my eating habits, it has a huge impact on my mindset around food. Honestly, you don’t need to do anything crazy or extreme to get yourself back into a good headspace where you’re being cautious about the food you consume. You just need to be aware of a few key things that are continually steering you off course.
What is the 14 Day Detox?
The program isn’t anything extreme, it doesn’t restrict calories and it doesn’t leave you feeling starving or deprived. It simply gives your body a break from foods that are known to be problematic to your health; things like: sugar, gluten, dairy, additives, and of course alcohol. All of these foods (and non-foods) can affect your health a big way, and eliminating them for a period of time will leave you feeling better than you think!
This isn’t a crash diet or a quick fix to shed some unwanted pounds – that’s never a good idea and I’m never on board with trendy “diet culture”. The detox operates very similarly to the Whole30 and is a great first step if you’re ready to make some real changes to your health and would benefit from the group support.

Here’s what others had to say about their experience…
“I have participated in a few detoxes with Amanda and have loved the experiences. I especially love that she always does the detox with us. She always provides great support and amazing recipes. Even when I’m not on an official detox, I still continue to make the recipes and follow some of the guidelines (no gluten, no dairy, no sugar). I originally did my first detox as way to help with my eating as a way of loosing weight but, the outcome that amazed me the most, was how great I felt! Even a 10 day detox resulted in increased energy and overall better health. I highly recommend her programs as a great way to improve your eating and lifestyle habits and general health.”

“I’ve always had a fairly healthy diet but lately I’ve been eating a lot of processed foods. Which is why Amanda’s Spring Detox Challenge came at the perfect time for me. She provided delicious weekly meal plans and tips that helped reset my eating habits. Now, I feel lighter and have more energy throughout the day! Thanks Amanda for helping me get back on track!

Thank you, Amanda!
I have to tell you I got on the scale this morning and I lost 5lbs while doing the detox!! I got back on 3 times to make sure it wasn’t a mistake lol. What a fabulous surprise. That was a huge bonus!

Thanks for everything these past 14 days! I’ll definitely do this again and it would be awesome to do a whole month challenge to really see the results and make a lifestyle shift. I liked how easy the recipes were and the pantry stocking guide was very helpful. Thanks again!
Kimberly

ConsultantFrequently asked.
I’m a vegetarian (or vegan), is this program right for me?
This program is best for those who are currently eating animals products or for those who are open to experimenting with a new way of eating. I highly recommend choosing the best quality and most sustainable sources of animal protein, however all recipes in the meal plan are paleo inspired and will contain animal products.
Will my kids like these recipes?
Yes! In fact, most of my clients tell me how much their families enjoy the recipes and how they’ve become weeknight favourites.
I’m not much of a cook, will I find this challenging?
While I do give participants a full two-week meal plan and encourage everyone to try new recipes and learn new skills in the kitchen, it’s always up to you what you want to eat. You are free to keep your meals very basic as long as you’re following the detox guidelines.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Due to the digital nature of this program once you have access to the information there will be no refunds.
