One of the things I get asked about the most when I’m talking to someone about the Whole30, is what the food is like. The assumption is that after giving up gluten, dairy, grains, legumes, sugar and alcohol, there’s nothing left to eat. My friend, I’m here to tell you that couldn’t be further from the truth! And in fact, the recipes I’ve found while doing multiple rounds of the Whole30 have become some of my favourite staples!
