Whole30 Recipe Roundup

One of the things I get asked about the most when I’m talking to someone about the Whole30, is what the food is like. The assumption is that after giving up gluten, dairy, grains, legumes, sugar and alcohol, there’s nothing left to eat. My friend, I’m here to tell you that couldn’t be further from the truth! And in fact, the recipes I’ve found while doing multiple rounds of the Whole30 have become some of my favourite staples!

The recipes I’ve chosen below are some of my favourite tried and true recipes from around the web. I often include these recipes in my 14 Day Detox, or as part of my Whole30 meal plan so they’ve been given rave reviews by my clients too. The seemingly little things add up to become the big things and eventually, you wind up feeling like you have no energy, don't sleep well, your clothes are tighter and you generally just feel crappy. Are any of these making their way into your lifestyle more than you'd like?⁠
